Instead of pies: galette with eggs, cheese and herbs in 30 minutes
If you don't have enough time to make pies and dough for them, then salted galette will certainly help you out in this situation. You can use boiled eggs, hard cheese, and a little bit of your favorite herbs as a filling. It turns out to be extremely hearty.

Ingredients:
For the dough:
- cold butter - 30 g
- flour - 200 g
- salt - 1 tsp.
- water - 5 tbsp.
- egg yolk - 1 pc (for greasing)
For the filling:
- boiled eggs - 5 pcs
- raw eggs - 1 pc
- sour cream - 3 tbsp
- greens
- hard cheese
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. For the dough, mix cold butter and flour in a blender.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead elastic dough. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Chop boiled eggs and herbs. Mix with raw egg, grated cheese and sour cream. Stir until smooth.
4. Roll out the dough. Put the filling inside and form the sides.
5. Brush the sides with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
