Ingredients:

  • cabbage - 500-700 g
  • eggs - 4 pcs
  • kefir - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 1.5 tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp.

Preparation method:

1. Shred cabbage. Fry in vegetable oil with salt and pepper until soft.

2. Two eggs beat until homogeneous. Pour over cabbage and fry for a few minutes.

3. For the dough, mix kefir, vegetable oil, 1 tsp. salt, 2 eggs. Stir.

4. Add the flour and mix to a smooth, thick dough.

5. Grease the mold with vegetable oil. Pour 1\3 part of the batter, place the filling, then pour the rest of the batter on top.

6. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
