To make savoyardi, you will need the following ingredients:
- Sugar - 250 g
- Vanilla sugar - 2 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Starch - 80 g
- Powdered sugar - 80 g
- Wheat flour - 100 g
- Salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the egg whites and beat them with salt into a thick foam.
2. Add vanilla sugar and half of the regular sugar. Continue whisking until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
3. Beat the yolks with the rest of the sugar.
4. Mix the flour with the starch and gradually add to the yolks.
5. Gradually add the protein mass.
6. Using a pastry bag, spread on the cookies on a baking sheet.
7. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
