How to replace flour in cottage cheese casserole: make the dish much healthier

The flour in the casserole binds the curd mass together and makes it homogeneous. But this ingredient makes the casserole very high in calories. Therefore, flour can be replaced.
The idea of making a healthy cottage cheese casserole without flour was published on the Instagram page of MasterChef super finalist Olena Moskovchenko (moskovchenkoalena). Add cornstarch as a binding ingredient.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese (fatty homemade) - 500 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 50 g (can be added to taste)
- heavy cream - 1 tbsp.
- corn starch - 2 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
- milk - 100 ml.
- lime zest - 1 pc (can be replaced with lemon or orange)
- vanilla sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Put all the ingredients except the zest in a blender.
2. Beat the mixture until creamy.
3. Add the zest and stir.
4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
6. Let the casserole cool completely.
7. Serve with berries and sour cream.
