"If precipitation forms at the bottom when coffee is dissolved in cold water, this indicates a violation of production technology or the addition of ground additives, such as chicory, roasted grains, and therefore low-quality coffee," the expert said.
Zaitseva also added that good coffee should dissolve in both cold and hot water. So that it does not lose its taste and smell as a result of storage, it should be kept with an airtight lid in a dry place.
