How to quickly and deliciously cook Korean carrots: the easiest way
Carrots are one of the healthiest vegetables, containing a lot of Vitamin K, which increases blood clotting. It is also the undisputed leader in Vitamin A content. Vitamins C and E in carrots help slow down the aging process, potassium normalizes cardiovascular activity, calcium and phosphorus strengthen teeth and bones, and chlorine maintains water balance in the body. Carrots are best eaten raw; they also make delicious salads and snacks.

Ingredients:
- carrots - 500 g
- vegetable oil - 300 ml
- soy sauce - 30 ml
- vinegar - 1.5 tbsp
- sugar - 1.5 tbsp
- garlic - 4 cloves.
- ground pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- ground coriander - 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots on a grater.
2. Combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ground pepper, coriander and garlic, mix well.
3. Pour the marinade into the carrots and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Add finely chopped hot pepper if desired.
