Ingredients:
- Lard - 1 kg
Recipe for marinated lard with spices
- Coarse salt - 2 tbsp. l.
- Sweet ground paprika 1 tbsp.
Spices for lard
- Ground mustard seeds - 1 tsp.
- Cumin - 1 tsp.
- Red hot pepper - 1/2 tsp (to taste)
Tips to help keep garlic for a long time
- Turmeric - 2/3 tsp.
- Garlic - 4-5 cloves.

1. Freeze the lard before cooking.

2. Cut the lard so that it is well saturated with spices.

3. Mix the salt, pepper, cumin, mustard, paprika, turmeric, hot pepper, garlic, coriander, black pepper.

4. Sprinkle the lard generously with spices.

5. Wrap it in parchment and leave it to marinate in the refrigerator for 5 days.
