How to preserve whole berries in canned food: a simple lifehack
The perfect jam always has bits of fruit or berries in it. But it is not always possible to prepare it in this way.
That's why FoodOboz editorial staff shares a handy hack that will help you keep the components of your jam intact.
In order for the berries in the jam to remain whole, they need to be poured with hot syrup. Then leave for 3-4 hours and only then boil. If it is a fruit with a tough skin - they can be poked with a wooden toothpick. This will better absorb the syrup.
With such jam you get to make a delicious pie. The idea of cooking grated pie with jam is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Julia Simonchuk(cook_julija_simonchuk).
