Beetroot borscht dressing is very convenient because it significantly speeds up the process of cooking borscht: just add a little dressing to the broth and bring it to a boil. The borscht dressing is made from simple and affordable ingredients, can be stored for a long time, and can also be eaten as a salad.

Ingredients:
- beets - 4 kg
- bell pepper - 1 kg
- onions - 1 kg
Marinade:
- water - 0.5
- sugar - 200 g
- vegetable oil - 200 ml
- salt - 2 tbsp
- vinegar - 100 ml
Method of preparation:
1. First, mix all the ingredients for the marinade, put on the stove and bring to a boil.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the ingredients: grate the beets, carrots and onions.
3. Add the prepared vegetables to the marinade when it boils. Stir and cook for 30 minutes.
4. Then put the dressing in sterile jars.
5. Sterilize the jars for approximately 30 minutes.
6. Close wit the lids.
