  • mozzarella - 125 g of cheese
  • spinach
  • cream - 100 ml.
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • parmesan - 40 g of cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the zucchini, add salt, and squeeze after 5-10 minutes.

2. Add egg, sour cream, and flour.

3. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

4. Put the fried meat, spinach, tomatoes, mozzarella on top of the base.

5. Pour eggs and cream over everything.

6. Cover with parmesan cheese.

7. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
