It's no secret that gravy is a versatile and wonderful addition to many dishes: cereals, pasta, mashed potatoes. Most often, gravy is prepared with meat or mushrooms, but if you don't have them at hand, you can do without these products. In this case, you will need sour cream and tomato paste, which, when combined, make a rich gravy.

Ingredients:
- butter - 20 g
- flour - 2 tbsp
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
- water - 400-500 ml
- sour cream - 1 tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- pepper, paprika, dried herbs

Method of preparation:
1. Melt butter in a frying pan.
2. Add flour. Cook until smooth, stirring occasionally.
Preparation.
3. Add tomato paste and stir.
4. Pour water. Stir.
5. Add spices and stir. Bring to a boil. Cook until thickened.
Thick tomato gravy for porridge and cutlets.
6. Add sour cream and bring to a boil. Serve.
