Dorado fish is a very healthy product, which contains a lot of phosphorus, as well as vitamins and useful microelements. Moreover, it is dietary and can be prepared in just 10 minutes.

How to cook dorado deliciously.

Ingredients:

  • dorado - 2 pcs
  • sweet potato - 600 g
  • champignons - 100 g
  • chanterelles - 100 g
  • red bell pepper - 50 g
  • green bell pepper - 50 g
  • red chili pepper - 10 g
  • green chili pepper - 10 g
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • lemon zest - 10 g
  • rosemary - 2 g
  • olive oil - 1-2 tbsp
  • unagi (eel) sauce - 70 g

Method of preparation:

Vegetables.
  1. Season the dorado with salt and pepper beforehand and put it in a preheated pan with oil. Fry on both sides until crispy.
  2. Boil the unpeeled sweet potatoes.
  3. Chop the bell pepper and hot pepper and add to the pan. Add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and fry thoroughly.
  4. Add chopped garlic, a slice of lemon and rosemary to the fish. Put it on a baking sheet with foil. Surround it with fried vegetables and peeled and chopped sweet potatoes.
  5. Pour the unagi sauce over the fish and bake at 180 C for 10-12 minutes.
