How to prepare successful and juicy pork rolls
Kruchenyky are so-called meat rolls with a variety of fillings: vegetables, mushrooms, cheese, and even dried fruit. Traditionally, they are made with pork, prunes and nuts. Dried fruits are very well combined with meat as they create a spicy aftertaste and look quite appetizing.

Ingredients:
- pork - 500 g
- minced beef - 200 g
- walnuts - 50 g
- prunes - 70 g
- salt, pepper
- eggs - 3 pcs
- flour - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pork into medium pieces like for chops. Beat the meat under the film. Salt and pepper each piece.
2. Mix the minced meat, chopped prunes and nuts, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Put the resulting filling on the meat and tightly wrap in a roll.
4. Beat the eggs separately and prepare flour. Dip each roll first in egg and then in flour.
5. Fry on all sides until cooked.
