How to prepare low-fat chebureks at home

A dish that many people love is chebureks, which are made on the basis of dough, and with delicious fillings ranging from meat to cheese and herbs. The most important thing in cooking is to make a good dough.

Cook Anna shared a recipe for delicious chebureks that are low-fat and tasty on Instagram.

Recipe.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 500 g
  • boiling water - 250 ml
Ingredients for the dough.
  • vegetable oil - 5 tbsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.

The filling:

  • minced pork - 250 g
  • minced beef - 250 g
Meat and onion.
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • water - 120 ml
Spices for the dish.
  • salt - 1/3 tsp.
  • ground black pepper - 1/3 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. For the dough, add salt to flour and boiling water mixed with oil. Mix the dough first with a spoon, then transfer to the surface and knead with your hands until smooth. Put it in a bag and leave it for 30 minutes.

2. For the filling, grate onion and add to minced meat. Season with salt and pepper, add water and mix until smooth.

3. Divide the dough into 14 pieces.

4. Flour the surface, roll out each piece thinly with a diameter of 21 cm and cut out a circle of 20 cm with a lid or plate.

Preparation.

5. Put the filling on 1/2 of the dough, spreading it over the edge by 1 cm. Pinch the edges well and sprinkle with flour.

6. Heat the vegetable oil and fry the pasties. Put them on a paper towel to drain off the excess fat.
