How to prepare diet but rich chicken soup for lunch: everyone will like it

Ingredients:

• chicken drumsticks
• potatoes

• carrots
• onion
• pasta
• favorite herbs
• spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Put the meat in a saucepan.

2. Add one peeled carrot, onion, peppercorns and bay leaves.

3. Pour in water, bring to a boil and skim off foam.

4. Salt to taste.

5. Leave to simmer on low heat for about an hour.

6. Remove the chicken and vegetables and add potatoes.

7. Fry onions and carrots in a pan.

8. Separate the meat from the bone and add to the soup.

9. Add the potatoes and cook until they are soft.

10. Add pasta two minutes before the soup is ready.

11. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
