How to pickle pink salmon: you can eat it after 2 hours
A recipe for pickled fish that can be eaten in 2 hours
Pink salmon is one of the most budget-friendly types of red fish. In addition, this product does not require long pickling, which can save you a lot of time. And the taste of this dish will be no worse than expensive salmon or trout.

Ingredients:
- frozen pink salmon fillet with skin
- salt - 3 tbsp.
- sugar - 3 tbsp.
- water - 1 liter
- spices - as desired
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the pink salmon fillet and cut into 3-5 mm thick slices.
2. Boil water. Add salt and sugar, stir, and cool.
3. Pour the cooled brine over the fish and refrigerate.
4. After 2 hours, drain the brine.
