Fresh and juicy bell peppers can be used to make homemade savory sauce. It is perfectly preserved for the winter and goes well with meat or fish. You can also add the sauce to pilaf instead of tomato paste.

Ingredients:
- sweet peppers - 500 g
- hot pepper - 500 g
- sugar - 1 kg
- salt - 1 tbsp.
- 9% vinegar - 500 ml.
- starch - 3 tbsp.
- water - 50 g
Method of preparation:

1. Remove pepper seeds and cut it into convenient pieces.
2. Pass the pepper through a meat grinder.
3. Add salt, sugar, and vinegar.

4. Cook the pepper mixture for 15 minutes.
5. Remove the foam from the top.

6. Dissolve the starch in cold water.
7. Pour into a saucepan.

8. Stir and cook until thick.
9. Put into sterile jars and close.
