- canned tuna - 150 g

- ground black pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, carrots for 40 minutes.
2. From the canned drain all the moisture, and squeeze.
3. Peel the eggs, cut them into halves, remove the yolks from the whites, and mash them well with a fork.
4. Add the tuna meat and finely chopped red onion.
5. Season with a spoonful of mayonnaise, salt, ground black pepper, and mix well.
