  • mackerel - 1 pc.
  • water - 300 ml.
  • peppercorns - 8 pcs.
  • bay leaves - 3-4 pcs.
  • salt - 2 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp.

1. Add the peppercorns, bay leaves, salt, sugar, oil, and vinegar to the water.
