Ingredients:
- mackerel - 1 pc.
- water - 300 ml.
- peppercorns - 8 pcs.
- bay leaves - 3-4 pcs.
- salt - 2 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- oil - 2 tbsp.
- vinegar - 1 tbsp.

1. Add the peppercorns, bay leaves, salt, sugar, oil, and vinegar to the water.
2. Put on the fire.

3. Bring to a boil.

4. Allow to cool.
