How to make zucchini pasta: an idea for a healthy and satisfying dish

In the summer, you should forget about pasta with sausages, because there are plenty of fresh seasonal vegetables. Just one zucchini can be used to make an unusually large number of dishes, such as healthy pasta. Combined with other ingredients, this product becomes very satisfying and light at the same time.

The idea of cooking a hearty zucchini pasta was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olga Holovina (olha.holovina).

Ingredients (for 3-4 servings):

  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • turkey or chicken fillet - 300 g
  • tomato - 2 pcs.
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • hard cheese - 100 g
  • smoked paprika, salt, pepper, dried garlic
  • butter - 30 g

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fillet into small pieces (like pilaf) and the zucchini into strips.

2. Dice the tomato into large cubes.

3. Fry the fillet in butter for 4-5 minutes, stirring. Add zucchini and spices, and stir. Simmer under the lid for 6-7 minutes over medium heat.

4. Then add the tomatoes and sour cream, stir again, and cook under the lid for up to 10 minutes over low heat.

5. Sprinkle with cheese a few minutes before turning off the stove and mix again.
