  • tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • flour –1 tbsp
  • herbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the tomatoes into rings, and cut out the middle with a cookie cutter, glass, or shot glass (depending on the size of the tomatoes).
