How to make thin, elastic pizza dough: sharing the technology

Homemade pizza often looks like a pie. This is because of the dough preparation technology. To make it elastic and roll out well, you should use warm milk.

The idea of making elastic thin pizza dough was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Khrystyna with the nickname kristy_cookery.

Ingredients:

  • warm milk – 240 ml
  • dry yeast – 2 tsp
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • sugar – 1/2 tsp
  • flour – 400 g

Method of preparation:

1. Pour warm milk into a bowl and dissolve the dry yeast.

2. Add oil, salt and sugar.

3. Add the flour and knead the dough.

4. Divide it into 2 parts. (It turns out 2 large pizzas or 12 small ones).

5. Roll out thinly, brush with sauce (grated tomatoes + salt + basil), put cheese, mozzarella, and then the toppings on top. This way the pizza looks prettier and the cheese stretches, not baked.

6. Bake on parchment for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
