Ingredients:

  • chicken broth - 2.5 liters
  • potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt

For the cheese balls:

  • hard cheese - 100 g
  • butter - 50 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • flour - 80 g

Method of preparation:

1. First, prepare the cheese balls. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

2. Add the egg, butter, salt and pepper. Mix well.

3. Add flour and knead the dough. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4. Chop the onion, and grate the carrots. Fry until soft.

5. Cut the potatoes and put them in the broth. Cook until tender.

6. Meanwhile, form the dough into balls.

7. Add them to the broth along with the carrots and onions. Cook for 7-10 minutes.

If desired, you can add herbs.
