How to make rhubarb charlotte: a recipe for the most delicious seasonal pastries

Ingredients:
Filling:
- rhubarb - 500 g
- jelly - 1 p (40 g)
- sugar for sprinkling - 2 tbsp.
The dough
- eggs - 6 pcs
- sugar - 200 g
- van.sugar - 16 g
- flour - 200 g
- baking powder - 2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces.
2. Sprinkle rhubarb with jelly or starch. Stir well.
3. Next, prepare the dough. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff and fluffy.
4. Add the sifted flour and baking powder to the eggs. Mix the dough until smooth.
5. Grease a baking dish and cover with parchment. Put the rhubarb on the bottom.
6. Sprinkle with sugar.
7. Pour the dough.
8. Bake at 170 degrees for about 1 hour.
