- Salt – 0.5 tsp
- Lemon juice – 0.5 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Mix sour cream and yogurt with a spoon.
- Add salt and lemon juice and mix.
- Put a sieve in a bowl, put cheesecloth on it, and pour the mixture.
- Close the cheesecloth.
- Put a 1 kilogram weight on top and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Ingredients:
- potatoes – 5-6 pcs
- meat – 500 g
- Philadelphia cheese
- hard cheese – 200 g
- salt, spices
- oil
For the sauce
- ketchup – 3 tbsp
- sour cream – 3 tbsp
- water – 7 tbsp
How to cook
- Peel the potatoes, and cut them into thin circles.
- Add oil and spices.
- Cut the meat into pieces, beat off, and add spices.
- Put 1 teaspoon of Philadelphia on the pieces of meat and roll them into rolls.
- Put the potatoes in a baking dish and top with the meat.
To make the sauce
- Mix ketchup with sour cream, and add a little water.
- Pour the sauce over the dish and cover with foil.
- Bake at 190 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Remove the foil 10 minutes before the end and sprinkle with grated cheese.
