How to make perfect scrambled eggs in just 4 minutes: Gordon Ramsay shares the best way
If you want to get perfect scrambled eggs, you need to forget everything you knew before. You don't need to salt your eggs before cooking them or beat the whites separately from the yolks.
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay told the Mirror how to cook the perfect eggs. According to him, it takes only 4 minutes. He also gave some useful tips on how to cook this dish so that it doesn't turn out rubbery.
To ensure that the structure of the eggs is perfect, the chef advises not to cook them over high heat. Moreover, he claims that the pan should be removed from the stove for 20 seconds as soon as the white begins to thicken. And then put it back on for 90 seconds.
Also, eggs should not be salted in advance. This dish requires salt only after it is cooked. In addition, to avoid overcooking the eggs, add something cool to the pan after they are done cooking. It can be a spoonful of cream or a piece of butter. Also, sour cream will do the job well.
You can serve scrambled eggs as a separate dish or with vegetables or crackers. Or you can make it an ingredient in a larger dish, such as a sandwich. In any case, a properly cooked egg will taste significantly different from the one you're used to eating.
