How to make perfect crepes with milk and boiling water: Tetiana Lytvynova shares her recipe
Crepes are a hearty, healthy dish based on good dough and delicious cheese, berries, and meat fillings. They can be eaten plain with sauces and jam, served with tea and coffee.
Chef Tetiana Lytvynova shared a recipe for delicious crepes with milk and kefir on her YouTube channel, which always turn out well(to watch the video, scroll to the end).
Ingredients:
- Kefir 1% - 500 ml
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Oil - 40 ml
- Wheat flour - 220 g
- Hot water - 350 ml
- Soda - 1 tsp
- Butter - 50 g
- Sugar - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs, add some milk or kefir, continue whisking.
2. Add salt and sugar, and mix well.
3. Sift the flour and, most importantly, whisk very well with a whisk to avoid lumps.
4. Pour the second part of the kefir into the finished dough and mix again.
5. Pour in the oil and mix.
6. Finally, add baking soda to the batter, mix, and you're ready to fry delicious crepes.
