Airy cheesecakes with rice flour
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese (9%) - 500 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Sugar/sweetener - 1-2 tbsp.
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp.
Berry sauce:
- Berries - 300 g
- Water - 50 ml
- Sugar - 1-2 tbsp.
- Starch - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Mix cottage cheese, egg, sugar, or sweetener, add rice flour, and mix everything thoroughly.
- Use your hands to form cottage cheese pancakes, fry them in a frying pan or put them on a baking sheet, put them in the oven, and bake until tender for 10-15 minutes.
- Berry sauce: put the washed berries in a saucepan, add sugar and water, and bring to a boil.
- Add a little berry syrup to the starch, mix, and add to the berries.
- Bring the sauce to the desired consistency and remove from the heat.
You can eat the cottage cheese pancakes immediately – hot, add honey, any sauce to your taste, berries, and fruits.
