How to make perfect cheesecakes that don't fall apart: a recipe from Yevhen Klopotenko
Cheesecakes are an ideal breakfast dish based on cottage cheese. However, very often even such a basic dish turns out to be tasteless, sticks to the pan, and disintegrates due to the large amount of sugar and eggs in the dough.
Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko has shared a recipe for delicious cheesecakes that will keep their shape and not fall apart.
The secret of successful cheesecakes from a cook: the cottage cheese should be neither wet nor sour, and you shouldn't add too much sugar and flour!
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese (9% fat) – 400 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- flour – 3 tbsp
- sugar – 3 tbsp
- salt – a pinch
- vanilla sugar – 10 g
- sunflower oil for frying – 3-4 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add salt, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, and mix.
2. Moisten your hands with a little sunflower oil and roll the curd mass into small balls 3-4 cm in diameter. Press them down with your hands to make nice small cheesecakes.
3. Bread the cheesecakes in flour.
4. Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil, and fry them on both sides until golden brown.
5. Put the cheesecakes on a paper towel and let the excess fat soak in!
Serve with sour cream, condensed milk, and berries!
