Ingredients:

  • fresh mint - 20 g
  • sugar - 100 g
  • soft butter - 100 g
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • flour - 200 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • dark chocolate 56% - 1 pc

Cooking method:

1. Blend the mint and sugar in a blender, add the egg, and butter, and beat until you don't see any pieces of mint leaves. Add the sifted flour, and baking powder, and knead the soft dough.

2. Add the chopped chocolate to the dough, mix, and put the dough in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

3. 1 cookie = 1 tsp of dough. Roll the balls with oiled hands, make them slightly flattened, put them on parchment, and add a few more pieces of chocolate on top.

4. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

5. Let cool completely and then remove from the baking sheet.
