Limoncello is a lemon-based liqueur

Ingredients:

  • large lemons - 10 pcs.
  • alcohol 95% - 1 liter
  • water - 1 liter
  • sugar - 600 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the lemons.
  2. Cut off the peel so as not to touch the white part.
  3. Put in a large jar and pour alcohol.
  4. Seal and put in a dark place for 3-4 days.
  5. Prepare the sugar syrup: cover the sugar with water and bring to a boil.
  6. Add to the lemons.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Pour into bottles, reseal, and leave for 30-40 days.
  9. Serve chilled.

Lemon Pie

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 4-5 pcs.
  • condensed milk - 1 can
  • lemons - 4 pcs.
  • puff pastry
  • sugar - 2-3 tbsp. 

Method of preparation:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks and refrigerate.
  2. Beat the yolks with condensed milk and add the juice of four lemons.
  3. Put the puff pastry into a round low mold.
  4. Make punctures with a fork and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Take out and cool.
  6. Press down the bottom of the puff pastry with your hand and pour in the cream.
  7. Beat the egg whites with the icing sugar until fluffy.
  8. Spread evenly over the surface of the cream.
  9. Sprinkle with sugar on top.
  10. Bake until light brown.
  11. Put the cooled cake in the refrigerator to let all the flavors combine.
