How to make lazy chebureks: no need to roll out the dough

In order to make classic chebureks, you need to roll out the dough and mold the products by hand. This is a rather lengthy process. Therefore, for those who cannot spare much time for such cooking, there is a variant of delicious pancake pasties.

The idea of making pancake pasties was published on the Instagram page of food blogger OlgaHolovina (olha.holovina).

Ingredients for pancakes:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • milk - 350-400 ml
  • flour - 6 tbsp
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • minced meat - 500-600 g
  • onion - 1 large
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • dried garlic
  • boiled water at room temperature - 50 ml

Additional ingredients:

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 5-6 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Make minced meat and add onion, salt, and your favorite spices. Pour in water and mix well.

2. For pancakes, add salt and sugar to the eggs, and beat with a whisk. Then add flour and pour in a little milk, mix well.

3. Add the rest of the milk and oil, and mix well again until smooth.

4. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown over low heat.

5. Put the filling on each pancake. Wrap it up like a cheburek.

6. Dip in flour and then in egg and fry in a little oil over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
