How to make healthy homemade mayonnaise in minutes: 3 options
Every Easter table must have dishes with mayonnaise. This dressing can be purchased, but a much better option is to make it at home. In this way, the ingredients of the dish to which mayonnaise is added will retain their benefits and combine perfectly with each other.

Ingredients for the first mayonnaise:
- eggs – 1 pc
- odorless vegetable oil – 250 ml
- sugar – 1 tsp
- salt – 1 tsp
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Put the ingredients in a jar.
2. Beat with an immersion blender so that the yolk is inside and press everything to the bottom.
3. Beat for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add 1 tsp. of mustard to make a Provencal sauce.
5. For tartare, add garlic and finely chopped pickles.
Ingredients for the second mayonnaise:
- eggs – 1 pc
- separate yolk – 1 pc
- mustard – 1 tbsp
- refined sunflower oil – 340-400 g
- juice of half a lemon
- water – 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
The same as in the first version
Ingredients for the third mayonnaise:
- milk – 150 g
- odorless vegetable oil – 150 g
- mustard – 1 tsp
- lemon juice – 1-2 tbsp
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the oil and milk with a blender for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add mustard and salt in the process.
3. The mass will become white, similar to not very thick sour cream.
4. Continue whisking and add lemon juice. The mass should be thick.
