How to cook healthy homemade bread for the whole family: you can bake it in the oven or in a multicooker

Nowadays, even bread can be quite unhealthy. The product is made with various flavor enhancers and poor quality flour. And all this is a very serious problem because bread is in the daily diet of many people. That's why it's worth making such pastries at home.

The idea of making homemade healthy bread was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname blw.babies. You don't need yeast.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • water at room temperature - 100 ml
  • whole wheat flour - 6 tbsp.
  • buckwheat flour - 1 tbsp.
  • baking powder

Method of preparation:

1. Break 2 eggs into a bowl and mix them thoroughly.

2. Add 100 ml of water.

3. Add 6 tbsp of whole wheat flour and 1 tbsp of buckwheat flour (for flavor). You can add more buckwheat flour just to make a total of 7 tablespoons of flour.

4. Add 1/3 tbsp of baking powder.

5. Mix everything thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes.

6. Turn on the "baking" mode on the multicooker, set the temperature to 160 degrees, cover the bottom of the with parchment, put the dough, and set the timer for 20 minutes.

7. Garnish with white and black sesame and sunflower seeds.

8. To cook in the oven, put the dough into a mold (it can be a silicone/glass mold), garnish with seeds, and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes .

9. Choose a wide shape in diameter and put dough with the height of maximum 3-4 cm.
