You can add the amount of spices and adjust them to your own taste. In addition, the following technology is very budget-friendly because it does not require a large number of different ingredients.

Meat for cooking ham

Ingredients:

  • for 1 kg of meat - 10 g of nitrite salt and 10 g of ordinary salt
  • spices: dry garlic, black pepper, ground coriander

Method of preparation:

1. Mix two types of salt with seasonings.

2. Roll the meat in the resulting mixture.

3. Place in 2 bags.

4. Leave in the refrigerator for a week.

5. Wrap each piece with cling film (carefully and tightly).

6. Cook (or rather steam at 80 degrees for 2 hours).

Ready ham

7. Immediately put the hot meat in the foil under the press to cool.

8. Then remove the film and store in the refrigerator.
