Ingredients:

  • large zucchini – 1 pc
  • tomato – 1 pc
  • sausages – 2 pcs
  • bacon – 2-3 slices
  • sweet pepper – 1/2 pc
  • egg – 1 pc
  • flour – 3 tbsp
  • spices – to taste
  • baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  • cottage cheese – 100 g

1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and squeeze out the juice well.

2. Finely chop the sausages, bacon and vegetables.

Combine all the chopped ingredients

3. Add to the zucchini.

4. Beat the egg and add the spices.

5. Add flour and baking powder, and mix well.

6. Put the mixture into the silicone muffin tins and add a little cheese on top of each.
