Ingredients for the dough:

- 1% kefir
- salt
- olive oil
For the filling:
- chicken fillet
- onion
- salt
- pepper

Method of preparation:
- Knead the dough. The ingredients are based on the number of dumplings.
- Combine the ingredients in the following sequence: kefir, salt, olive oil, and flour.
- Grind the meat and onion in a meat grinder.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Form and cook the dumplings as usual.
