How to make delicious tartlets for a festive table: a variant of an elementary appetizer

Tartlets are a very interesting alternative to the usual salads for a festive table. You can combine even the simplest ingredients to make it elegant and tasty. Canned tuna is a very good solution.

The idea of preparing appetizer tarts for a festive table was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olga Holovina (olha.holovina). All you need to do is boil the eggs.

Ingredients:

  • tartlets - 10 pcs.
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • canned tuna in its own juice - 1 small can
  • onion - 1 small
  • a spoonful of mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs.

2. Cut into small cubes.

3. Drain the juice from the tuna.

4. Put it in a bowl with the eggs.

5. Finely chop the onion, mix well.

6. Add mayonnaise and spices and mix again.

7. Fill the tartlets and garnish with herbs.
