You can make absolutely anything with pita bread: a variety of rolls, cakes, casseroles, and even chebureks. And there are many types of this product in the store. But the best option is to make homemade pita bread. You will be sure that it is fresh, and the taste will pleasantly surprise you.

Ingredients:
- flour - 350 g
- boiling water - 200 g
- oil - 2 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt to the flour and mix.
2. Pour in boiling water, and vegetable oil and knead the dough – it should be quite soft.
3. Wrap in plastic wrap and leave for 20 minutes.
4. Divide into 12 pieces and form balls.
5. Roll each one out thinly so that the dough is visible. Adjust the diameter to your frying pan.
6. Fry on medium heat on both sides for about 1 minute.
7. Sprinkle hot pita bread with water and cover with a towel, leave for 30 minutes until soft.

Method of preparation:
1. Cut circles from the pita bread with a glass.
2. Each wrap in the shape of a plate and fix with a skewer.
3. Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes - this is the basis for the appetizer.
4. Fry the shrimp in a frying pan.
5. Cut the avocado into cubes.
7. Grease each prepared mini-plate with cream cheese.
8. Top with fried shrimp and avocado slices.
9. Add spices.
