But recently, celebrity chef Jamie Oliver showed on his website how to make brownies so that they stay fresh for a long time. He also says that this recipe is extremely simple and can be made by anyone.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate 70% - 200 gr
  • Butter - 250 gr
  • Cocoa powder - 80 gr
  • Flour - 65 g
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • Powdered sugar - 360 g
  • Eggs - 4 pcs
  • Dried cherries - 75 g
  • Chopped nuts - 50 g

Method of preparation

1.Break the chocolate into a large bowl, add the butter and put it in a saucepan with boiling water until it melts.

2. Add dried cherries and nuts if desired.

3. Sift the cocoa powder and flour into a separate bowl, add the baking powder and sugar.

4. Add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and mix.

5. Add the eggs and mix until a silky consistency is obtained.

6. Cover a baking dish with parchment and pour the mixture into it.

7. Bake for about 25 minutes at 170 degrees.

8. Let cool in the pan, then carefully transfer to a large cutting board and cut into thick squares.

9. Carefully wrap each remaining piece in cling film and put it in the freezer.
