Culinary expert Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared a recipe for bread starter that you can store for a long time on Facebook.

Ingredients:

  • dry yeast - 3 g
  • flour - 100 g

  • room temperature water - 200 g
  • sugar - a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Dissolve a pinch of sugar and yeast in warm water, mix and let stand for 15-20 minutes to activate the yeast.

2. After 20 minutes, you will see a foamy "cap".

3. Then add room temperature water and flour and mix well to avoid lumps.
