How to make apple jam correctly: 2 easy ways

Delicious apple jam is perhaps the best delicacy that fully conveys the taste of childhood. It is traditionally put as a filling in various pastries, or eaten with pancakes, pancakes, or cookies. - Granulated sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
- Citric acid - a pinch
Method of preparation:
- First, you need to remove the seeds and stems from the apples. Cut into small pieces and place in a large container.
- Cook the sugar syrup: dissolve the sugar in water and bring to a boil.
- Add the apples and citric acid to the syrup. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Once the jam has cooled, boil it again. Then put it in clean jars.

Ingredients:
- Apples - 1 kg
- Sugar - 500 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
- First, wash the apples well, core them, and cut them into slices.
- Put the apples in a frying pan and add sugar. Put on medium heat. Fry for 15 minutes, stirring the apples constantly.
- Add lemon juice 2 minutes before cooking.
- Put the jam in jars and tighten the lids. Store in the refrigerator.
