  3. Add the apples and citric acid to the syrup. Cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Once the jam has cooled, boil it again. Then put it in clean jars.

Ingredients:

  • Apples - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 500 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. First, wash the apples well, core them, and cut them into slices.
  2. Put the apples in a frying pan and add sugar. Put on medium heat. Fry for 15 minutes, stirring the apples constantly.
  3. Add lemon juice 2 minutes before cooking.
  4. Put the jam in jars and tighten the lids. Store in the refrigerator.
