How to make a pancake in the oven: you can add seasonal berries inside

Delicious pancakes can be fried in a pan or baked in the oven. Add your favorite seasonal berries and delicate cream. In addition, this technology is much more budget-friendly, so you don't have to fry each product separately, but you can pour all the dough into one mold.

Ingredients:

  • eggs – 4-5 pcs
  • sugar – 1 tbsp
  • a pinch of salt
  • flour – 180 g
  • milk – 400 ml
  • butter – 30 g (melted)
  • hot cream 33% – 200 ml
  • chocolate – 200 g
  • strawberries – 200-300 g

Method of preparation:

1. Add eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt to a bowl and mix.

2. Pour in half of the warm milk.

3. Add 180 g of flour and mix well to avoid lumps.

4. Pour in the rest of the milk.

5. Finally, add 30 g of melted butter.

6. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.

7. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and pour the dough.

8. Put it in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

9. For the cream, chop two chocolate bars and pour hot cream over them.

10. Mix well, cover with cling film, and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or in the freezer for 30 minutes.

11. Turn the pancake over and leave it to cool for a while.

12. Peel and slice the strawberries.

13. When the cream has cooled, beat it with a mixer.

14. Spread it on the pancake. Put strawberries on the cream. You can choose other fruits or berries.

15. Roll into a roll, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and cut.
