Ingredients for the filling:
- cabbage - 1/4 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
- water, salt, pepper, spices

- eggs - 3 pcs.
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 250g
- flour - 180g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.

1. Chop the onion, grate the carrots. Fry in a frying pan. Add a minimum amount of oil.
2. Add the chopped cabbage, salt, pepper, spices, tomato paste, and a little water.

3. Stir, cover and simmer until tender.
4. Add water as needed, not all at once, but in small portions during cooking to make the cabbage juicy but not watery.

5. If the cabbage has released a lot of juice, you don't need to add water. You need to be guided by the cabbage - it can be different.
6. For the dough, add salt, sour cream, flour, and baking powder to the eggs.

7. Whisk everything with a whisk until the dough is smooth.
