Ingredients:
- dill – 150 g
- garlic – 5-6 cloves
- lemon zest
- lemon juice – 1 tsp
- vegetable oil – 50 ml
- salt – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the dill and beat with a blender.
2. Beat garlic, lemon zest, juice, oil, and salt in a blender separately.
3. Mix the two resulting masses.
4. Put into a container or jar and add three tablespoons of oil. Store in the refrigerator.
