2. Pour a glass of milk into the mixture and whisk. Add the flour and make the mass homogeneous. Continue whisking and gradually pour the remaining milk into the dough. Add cocoa and butter at the end. The dough should be quite liquid.

3. Bake the crepes: heat a frying pan well, brush with a little olive oil, and bake on both sides. You only need to add oil once.

4. At the end, spread the crepes with soft cheese and assemble the cake, garnish with berries and fruit.
