How to make a chocolate dessert with gelatin: without oil, eggs and baking
Without butter, sour cream, eggs, or baking, this is a delicious and quick dessert with chocolate and gelatin. It turns out to be very tender and mousse-like. The cooking process takes only 10 minutes.
Food blogger Maryna Novikova with the nickname marisha_recepti shared a recipe for a chocolate dessert with gelatin on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- milk – 750 ml
- sugar – 50 g
- cocoa – 25 g
- gelatin – 30 g
- chocolate – 135 g
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Pour gelatin with some cold milk and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan and put on fire, bringing to a boil.
3. Remove from heat, add sugar, salt, chocolate, and cocoa to the milk. Stir to combine.
4. Add gelatin, and mix well.
5. Pour the resulting chocolate mass into molds. Put in the refrigerator until completely thickened.
6. Garnish the finished dessert with berries and mint.
