How to make a cake from breads
If you're watching your diet and limiting your sweet intake, you should make this cake. It is based on healthy low-calorie breads and a low-fat cottage cheese filling. Moreover, you don't even have to bake the dessert.
The idea of making a bread cake was published on the Instagram page of blogger Nadia Samokh (nadiasamokh).
Ingredients for the base:
- bread rolls (buckwheat-rice or other favorite) - 4 pcs.
Ingredients for the filling:
- low-fat cottage cheese in a briquette - 120 g
- natural yogurt - 70 g
- coconut protein - 10 g (you can do without it)
- sugar substitute
- cocoa - 5 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the ingredients for the filling.
2. If the mass is too thick, you can add a little water.
3. Assemble the cake: breads/filling/breads...filling.
4. Add berries and coconut for decoration.
5. Leave the cake in the refrigerator overnight.
