As it turns out, there's only one product you need to keep pumpkins fresh for as long as possible - vinegar. With vinegar, you no longer have to throw away rotten pumpkins instead of preparing delicious dishes with fresh ones.

How to keep pumpkins fresh

1.First you need to prepare a solution of vinegar and water in a ratio of 1:10.

2. Immerse the pumpkin in the solution for 10-20 minutes, carefully rotating it so that all sides are covered.

3.After soaking, dry it or leave it to air dry in a well-ventilated area.

4. Rinse the pumpkin under fresh running water to rinse off any remaining vinegar solution.

5. Put the pumpkin in the pantry or a dark, cold room.
