How to fry potatoes for dinner deliciously: a budget recipe
Even the usual fried potatoes can be prepared in a new way. It is enough to combine a variety of seasonal vegetables in the dish. In this form, the dish is quite complete, hearty and tasty. And, of course, it's an ideal option for a quick lunch or dinner.
Food blogger Mariana (hotuyte_ta_smakuyte) shared a recipe for fried potatoes with vegetables on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- potatoes
- carrot
- onion
- garlic
- zucchini
- spices (salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, basil, tomato)
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the vegetables: wash, peel and dice them.
2. Then fry the potatoes over medium heat until lightly browned.
3. Add carrots, onions and garlic. Fry until the vegetables are soft.
4. Add the zucchini, increase the heat and bring it to readiness. Do not cover with a lid.
5. Add salt and spices only when the zucchini is ready.
6. Serve the dish with dill and sour cream.
